If I don't personally perform the work myself, I go and personally instruct my highly trained, long tenured and most importantly extremely polite, personable and respectful crew. Job safety is most important and our clean up is immaculate. If I have other business obligations I check on the crew periodically and the job always has to get my professional approval before any payment is discussed.
